Welllll, WE are 2 days away from leaving 2015 behind and Stepping Boldly into 2016! I use the word Boldly because that's how I'm seeing ALL of US as we move into 2016! Boldly stepping into the New Year with New Attitudes, New Out Looks on Life, New Ideas, New Goals, New Wisdom, New Insights, NEW US's (smile)!!!

Don't know about You Family but Mona is sure happy and excited to be leaving 2015 with Lessons Learned and Experiences Gained! And eagerly Anticipating and Expecting ALLL the New Stuff Our Lord's got for Me in 2016.  Stuff that will allow me to put to use my 2015 Knowledge that He's Blessed me with!

Loves, one thing Holy Spirit's had weighing HEAVILY on my Heart last few days is, I want ALL of YOU who read Mona Girl Blog to enter 2016 Free and at Peace in Your Hearts, Minds and Souls. FREE from the drama of the past; FREE from the folks of the past who don't fit your life; FREE from frustration, discouragement, anger, fear, envy, bitterness and depression; FREE and At PEACE!! At PEACE with Yourself and Others.  At PEACE with Your Lord and Savior!

Some of you may be saying: Well, Mona, you just don't know what I've done, said, how I've treated folks in the past. You don't know what I've been through. The stuff I've endured and the way I've lived out my life up to this point and time.  God will NEVER forgive me, HE will NEVER accept me.  I've messed up too much, behaved too badly. No way I'm ever getting into the  FREE and At PEACE Zone!! Yeah, You're exactly Right.  I DON'T KNOW about your life experiences but I do KNOW my Daddy God and I do KNOW this.......ALL IS FORGIVEN BY OUR LORD.  HE LOVES YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER, EVER, EVER IMAGINE OR RETURN TO HIM.  HE'S ALL ABOUT YOU!! HE MADE YOU AND OUR LORD MAKES NO MISTAKES! HE KNOWS EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE, SAID FROM BIRTH TO NOW AND INTO THE FUTURE! HE KNOWS THE EXACT NUMBER OF HAIRS ON YOUR HEAD. HE LOVES YOU SOMETHING AWFUL!  HE WANTS TO BE IN RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU! HE WANTS TO TAKE CARE OF YOU! HE WANTS TO HELP YOU! HE WANTS TO LOVE ON YOU! HE WANTS Y-O-U!!

Soooo, Now that I'm finished speaking Boldly into Your Heart, Mind and Soul, I ask you to Please (if you are willing) take the Loving and Comforting outstretched Hand Jesus is extending to You, Right Now and say out loud with Me the following Prayer of Salvation.  That's ALL you need to do to enter HIS FREE and At PEACE Zone. This is the PERFECT time to give Your Life and Soul to Christ, especially after ALL He's done and sacrificed for You.  HE gave up His Life for OUR sins so we could be in Loving and Genuine Fellowship with Him. He died On the Cross, shed His Blood for US so We can be released from ALL our Past, Present and Future sins and be guaranteed a life with HIM in Eternity.  Loves, what an AWESOME way to enter into 2016..........riding shotgun with Your Lord and Savior in the FREE and At PEACE Zone!

Prayer of Salvation:
Dear Jesus,
I don't want to live without a Savior any longer.  I believe You died for me, and I want to confess my sin and receive Your new life.  I choose on this day to invite You into my heart.  I thank You for Your blood shed for me on the cross at Calvary.  Now I will live the rest of my life for You.  I pray this prayer by Faith in Your Name. Amen.

WOW!! OK!! How do you feel?!? I remember how I felt right after I said the Prayer of Salvation!! Whewee! What a Rush!!  Do you see me waving and jumping up and down ova here?!?  I'm right here with YOU in the FREE and At PEACE Zone! "Anyone who is joined to Christ is a new being; the old is gone, the new has come." (2 Corinthians 5:17, GNT)

Now Love, there's just one more thing for US to do......please give me Your hand, bow Your head and close Your eyes...........You've just taken an important life changing step and I want to PRAY with You!!

Father God, Lord Jesus, THANK YOU for my beautiful friend who just Prayed the Prayer of Salvation! Thank You Lord that my friend has given his/her life to You as we enter 2016, a New Year of New Adventures.  Thank You Lord for your Grace and Mercy in his/her life. Thank You Lord for LOVING my friend MORE than he/she will ever know. Lord, I Pray that as my friend continues to keep his/her eyes and heart focused on You, You will continue to Guide, Lead, Direct, Teach and Help him/her as they walk in the New Experience of being with You in the FREE and At PEACE Zone....as my friend Learns, Listens and Desires Your Plan for his/her life.  I know there will still be obstacles, drama, hurts and life stuff that will come across my friend's path.  But Lord, NOW that my dear friend has made a commitment to Walk with You, he/she will be able to weather the storms of life, make it over the mountains and through the valleys, and remain unshakable and steadfast as the winds of drama blow.  May my friend Stand Tall and Strong in his/her Faith with YOU as a VICTOR and not a victim.  Thank you Jesus for my friend's new found Friendship with YOU.  Thank You Abba Father for his/her Glorious NEW Beginning. Thank You Jehovah Jireh, Our Provider, for being a Generous God and Blessing my friend with a Wonderful Abundant Life! May my friend continue to fall more and more in Love with You every second of the day.  May my friend continue to Rest and Trust in Your Mighty Love and Protection, Knowing You will NEVER Leave or Forsake him/her, No Matter What! In Jesus' Name. Amen, Amen, and Amen.

Oh Yeah!! I am soooo excited and happy for YOU my Love!! All types of GOOOOD stuff is going to begin to manifest in your life......food is going to taste different (LOL!), you are going to look different, you are going to feel different, you are going to act different.  Not in a scary, I can no longer have any fun kind of way BUT in a WOW! I want to be the BEST Person I can BE and Live for Jesus and His Love kind of way!! You Know I'm here if you need me, have questions, etc. wincty@aol.com

Have you....Finished Shopping for all your Gifts/Presents, Cleaning the House, Cooking, Getting the last To Do's done on your To Do List, Taking/picking up your Christmas Day outfit from the cleaners...shopping for your Christmas Day outfit - LOL!, Packing your luggage, Downloading your travel music, Buying the last minute ornaments for your tree, Buying those last minute Gift Cards and Lotto Scratch-offs for stocking stuffers, Putting the finishing touches on your decorations around your home, Getting your hair and nails done, Heading to the barber shop, Putting the last few Christmas cards in the mail (you know, the cards to folks who you initially didn't mail to BUT NOW you need to send a card cuz they mailed you one - smile), Preparing for the Christmas Eve/Christmas Day services at your Church where you serve on the Holiday Ministry, Taking the car to the car wash, Heading to Petco for your pets Christmas Gifts/Outfits, Making sure you have enough ice in the freezer, Wrapping the gifts that you're donating to a Family in need, etc., etc, etc. AND I'm SURE you can continue to add to my list!!

Hmmmm. For today's Mona Girl Blog, Holy Spirit put on my mind and heart to ask you this question.  So I'm going to ask you the question again......

But this time, I'm gonna ask you the question **HIS** way........ARE YOU READY to Celebrate Jesus Christ's Birth? ARE YOU READY to Really Walk Out and Celebrate the REASON FOR THE SEASON? For today's Mona Girl Blog, Holy Spirit has me sharing with YOU one of my Fave MIRACLES in the Bible, which you can read in its entirety here: Four Men in the Furnace!

It's an Off the Hook Testimony of FAITH, COURAGE, TRUST, LOYALTY and LOVE!! Whewee! Me so excited to SHARE with you today! Here we go......... Thanks Holy Spirit!!

**WHO???**
Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego (Yeah, that's a mouth full...just rolls right off your tongue - LOL!), were three Hebrew Men back in the Old Testament Book of Daniel who LOVED and I mean LOVED and WORSHIPED their Lord...even until death. Back in their day, there was a King....King Nebuchadnezzar, who was ALL about himself.  He was the King, he was the Man, he was the Bomb! And because of King Nebuchadnezzar's over appreciation for himself, he built a HUGE gold statue and ordered all the important folks in Babylon to attend the dedication ceremony. At the ceremony, the leaders were informed that whenever the Band played, you were to fall to your knees and worship King Nebuchadnezzar's gold statue. And the down side to that mandatory request was that anyone who did not kneel and worship would be thrown into a roaring furnace.  (See Daniel 3:1-7, MSG) Geez!  Harsh punishment for not stroking the King's ego, don't you think?

**WHAT?!?**
Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, who were three of the King's leaders in Babylon, did NOT buy into King Nebuchadnezzar's self-aggrandising tactic. When they chose NOT to kneel in worship of the gold statue when the Band played, they were called out for their disobedience. In fact, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego were called out in such a public way that they insulted and angered King Nebie (Mona Nick-name) but he gave them a second chance.  Oh Yeah!!  Here's where it gets interesting.......the Hebrew Mighty Men were not afraid of King Nebie or his threats of death by the roaring furnace.  They stood FIRM and UNMOVABLE in their Faith in God....their Almighty Sovereign Lord.....and, as a result, spoke some of the most Powerful Words in the Bible: "Your threats mean nothing to us. If you throw us in the fire, the God we serve can rescue us from your roaring furnace and anything else you might cook up, O king. But even if he doesn't, it wouldn't make a bit of difference, O king. We still wouldn't serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up." (Daniel 3:16-18, MSG - LOVE, LOVE the underlined portion of this Scripture!!!!) Family, Y'all notice how the Message version used the lower-case "k" when the Hebrew Men referred to King Nebie?!? Just adding fuel to the fire (pun intended).  

Soooooo, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego disobeyed/disrespected him publicly and THEN when he gave them a 2nd chance, they dissed him even further with their strong reply and allegiance to God!!! Oh Yeah!  King Nebie was DONE!!! As a result, he ordered the furnace fired up 7 times hotter.....7 TIMES HOTTER THAN USUAL.....ordered his strong army men to bind up Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego in every way possible and throw them into the roaring furnace. (See Daniel 3:8-23, MSG).

**WOW!!!!!!!!!!**
Now for those of Us who've been doing this Faith Walk thing for a while....or even if You just gave Your Life to Christ.......WE Know Our Abba Father DOES NOT LIKE UGLINESS.....especially when it's directed towards HIS Anointed, HIS Children, HIS Loyal Sons and Daughters. After all, it's part of Our Heavenly Father's Covenant Promise to US that He will ALWAYS look out for US because we are His.  Thank You Jesus!  Now, here's where it gets really interesting..........here's how the MIRACLE played out.........

After the Three Hebrew Men were thrown into the ferocious fiiery furnace, (which by the way burned up the strong army of men who were obeying King Nebuchadnezzar's orders).....Hmmmmm, beware who you chose to follow/obey....you could get Burned, literally!!, King Nebie was shocked to see FOUR Men walking around FREELY in the Fire!!!  Remember they were completely bound hand and foot!! And it even further AMAZED King Nebie that the FOURTH MAN looked like JESUS!!  Oh YEAH! Like the seasoned Saints at my church say: "God is an ON Time God......He may not always show up the way we expect but HE Always shows up On Time." 

But Ohhhhhhh Loves, because JESUS was in the Fire with Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, when King Nebie called them out of the furnace,.......the Fire had not touched the three Mighty Men of God...the Fire had not singed ONE hair on their heads......the Fire had not scorched their clothing......they DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE SMELL OF FIRE/SMOKE ON THEM! So King Nebuchadnezzar, because of his arrogance and wrong choice in his godly worship, secured himself a front row seat to witness One of the Bible's Most Powerful MIRACLES!! Whewee!! All King Nebie could say after witnessing such an Awesome Sight was: ".......There has never been a god who can pull off a rescue like this." (Daniel 3:29, MSG) AND to put the icing on the cake with a cherry on top........Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego were promoted by the King!! (See Daniel 3:24-30, MSG).

Oh YES!  Family! When We STAND FIRMLY ON OUR FAITH, when We do NOT waver, when We are NOT swayed/manipulated/bullied by the world, when We are Loyal, Trusting and Courageous, when We are NOT afraid of what we are facing, when we Believe in Our Lord no matter what, when We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight, when We really...REALLY Love & Worship Our Heavenly Father........HE'S GOT OUR BACKS no matter the firey trials, challenges and stuff life brings!! Oh Yeah! Take it from my boyz, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, when You Love, Honor and Respect Our Sovereign Lord -
Get Ready for Miracles.........Get Ready for Promotions!!

"And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king's counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them." (Daniel 3:27, NKJV)

Happy Blessed Wednesday Family,

I PRAY WE are ALL still Giving THANKS even though we've turned the page on another Thanksgiving Holiday.  Let's make a pact, that WE will continue to Give THANKS no matter our circumstances, challenges....No Matter what stuff life brings our way.  And I can promise You by doing this "Giving THANKS" thing daily, we will have a much better attitude toward life and others, we will smile more, we will be more loving and kind, we will be more likable to be around.  OK?!?  YOU with ME??  YES!!! Thank YOU!!

So what's on tap for today's Mona Girl Blog you ask??  It seems that ALL I've been reading, hearing, seeing is folks going Over board and I mean Wayyyyyy OVAAAAA board on the Holiday Shopping (aka Black Friday) activities.  And with all of this waste-of-time foolishness bombarding my brain waves, I received the "gut check" read/message from my Sister Friend (Thanks Shalawn!) I'm sharing with YOU today that's about a precious commodity that we sometimes, most likely abuse.....TIME. 

Side Bar: Family, could you imagine if Folks got **Black Friday Excited** over coming to Jesus....Giving their lives to the Lord?!?  Oh Yeah! I'd be FIRST in Line at that Door Buster!!

As we get deeper into the Christmas/Holiday Season, I hope, PRAY that each of us will take Time to chill-lax, that each of us will take Time to REMEMBER the Reason for the Season, that each of us will take Time to spend quality time with Family & Friends, that each of us will give ourselves a Personal Time Out in order to pause and ponder what WE are actually doing with OUR TIME!! The Awesome Gift of Precious TIME....the seconds, minutes hours, days, weeks......We have ALL been Blessed with from our Wonderful Heavenly Father. So Family, I ask YOU, What are you doing with Your TIME?

Well, here's how one author (by the way, don't know who actually wrote this insightful word on Time) breaks it down......

Every night when the clock strikes midnight, you don't turn into a pumpkin but you are the recipient of a brand new, shining gift. We all receive the same amount of this gift regardless of weight, age, education, beauty, job description or marital status. When each new day raises its sleepy head, you are the sole owner of 1440 of the most powerful commodity ever known in the history of mankind. At precisely one second after midnight, every single day of your life, heaven opens its windows and gives to you 1440 untouched and valuable minutes to spend. How you spend your minutes is entirely up to you! Time is free, but it is priceless! 

You can gossip or you can worship - you can be filled with anger or with gratitude - you can jog five miles or watch television all day long - you can read a book or go to the mall. You, and you alone, choose how you will capitalize on this extravagant and priceless gift. You can choose to laugh or to cry - to whine or rejoice - to be negative or to be positive - to be bitter or to be better. These 1440 pieces of time belong to you and to no one else but you! They are not your husband's or your boss's or your children's to spend. 

It is true that there are things that we have to do. Most of us must work but we choose how we work. We can either go to the office with a chip on our shoulder, filled with angst and negativity or we can walk in with a happy heart, a solid work ethic and praying for those in our office. You can hate every minute that you are at work and waste time by gossiping with the girls in the office, playing computer games and sneaking out the door five minutes early. Or you can know that God has set you in this particular office to be a blessing and to bring the excellence and character of God into your workplace. 

It is true, you have to take care of aging parents, raise your children and take out that dreaded trash. Nevertheless, you choose how to do your have-to's. You can march through life with heavy steps and a frustrated heart or you can perform all of the necessities in life with patience, love and joy.

Wheweeee!  Message Received!!  #Done!Fork!

So Loves, as I send you off to ponder, meditate.....WALK/LIVE OUT this Mighty Word..........I ask YOU again, What are YOU doing with Your TIME?

I was at my son’s 6th Birthday party when I heard about the horrific attacks in Paris. As I read about the details and watched the news footage, I was heartsick and distraught. I grieve for the loved ones of all those whose lives were taken and send prayers and love and grace.

I was going to post about it that night, but something made me pause. I didn’t want to post a tribute and then forget about it as I got back into the rhythm of my life here in Australia.

My thoughts:

I don’t just grieve for the victims families, but for the perpetrators as well. I grieve that people choose a life of hatred and violence, that we become so hell bent on destroying each other in fights over land and religion and freedom. Fights fueled by fear and ignorance.

I grieve for Beirut, for Baghdad, for Syria… for the corners of the earth some of us are more unwilling to call our own (like we have Paris), for the lands and people some would like to forget and ignore. I grieve for the refugees locked away in a detention not fit for any human soul, let alone those who have run from a terror that we cannot even begin to imagine.

I grieve for every family who has had a loved one murdered, taken by drugs, lost to suicide.
I grieve for the lonely and abandoned.
I grieve for every wife and husband who gets beaten day in, day out.
I grieve for every child that hides under their bed at night fearing what the dark brings.
I grieve for governments and corporations who lift up profit over life.
I grieve for a world who cannot for the love of God see that it is destroying itself day by day by day.

It expresses itself violently throughout the world like it has in Paris, Beirut, and in Bagdad. But it’s source resides everywhere.

It lives within us all.

The notion of separateness, that some are better than others, and that there is not ‘enough’ to go around… these are embryos of chaos and terror.

We can send love to Paris, Beirut and Baghdad, they need to feel our love and support. But we can be part of the change here by loving our enemies, praying for our persecutors, forgiving those that want to destroy us and seeking peace with our neighbours.

I know that there are grey areas, it’s a tough issue and with no clear answers. But the responsibility for change doesn’t rest with our governments. It is our responsibility.

And we can make a difference.

So PROUD, PROUD, PROUD of the Talented, Gifted and BLESSED New York Mets Men!! Thank YOU for an Amazing, Exciting, Can't Make This Stuff Up 2015 Season! You got me ALL excited and amped up for Spring Training.  Can't WAIT to see what You've got in store for US next year.  Oh Yeah!! Thank You Lord!! #JustWatch!! #Bright,BrightFuture!! #LGM!!

OK!!  NOW, it's time for today's Mona Girl Blog, which is about NATURE.  Holy Spirit's been drawing me more and more into His Presence in Nature.  After all, Our Mighty Lord God created the Heavens and the Earth by **SPEAKING** them into existence......Whewee! Now that's what I call a Powerful Mouthful of Postitivity!

"When he spoke, the world was created; at his command everything appeared." (Psalm 33:9, GNT)

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1, NIV)

So when I'm chill-laxin outside, inside looking out the window, walking down the street, laying in bed drifting off to sleep, running errands, sitting at the ball park, on the golf course, etc., etc.......I've become uber aware of Nature and its Awesome, Powerful, Magnificence in our daily lives.  From the birds I hear chirping throughout the day; to the squirrels I see in the park; to the brilliant blue sky with its puffy white clouds; to the sound of the wind rustling through the trees; to the stunning colors of the leaves as they change from bright green to shades of deep rust, orange and gold; to the fireball orange sun, lavender and pink sky at sunset; to the Awesomeness of when Nature just stops and gives us a few seconds of absolute Silence......Oh Yeah!! Talk about "Seeing God in EVERYTHING"........NATURE, His Creation, is just AMAZING!!

What's so cool is that each time you are Awed by Nature, it's NEVER in the same way.  When you take Notice of Nature, when you're really aware....its daily Magnificence is different each time.  No two birds songs are alike, no cloud is identical in size/shape, no breeze feels the same on our skin, no crystalized snowflake is exactly the same design........God continues to show up and show off His Mighty and Powerful Hand in NATURE!!

As I sit here penning His Mona Girl Blog, the trees are doing a beautiful song and dance with the sound of the wind rustling through the leaves and the back and forth swaying of the branches....it's ALL in Perfect Harmony....and ONLY Our Sovereign Lord could orchestrate this Beautiful vision that is Blessing my heart and soul Right Now!!

Yeah, Yeah, I can hear you: "But Mona, I live in a Big City with lots of traffic, non-stop construction, off the chart noise....very un-Nature-like surroundings".  Well Loves, I hear ya loud and clear but ALL the stuff that I described above, is exactly what I've experienced in NYC.  Walking down the street, gazing out the window, taking a moment to chill in the Park or looking up in the sky.  So No Matter where you live, Big City or Small Town........NATURE is Always on display for Us, we just have to take a moment to STOP, LOOK and LISTEN! And when We do, WOW!! We will get an eye and ear full.....We will get an Awesome shot to our souls.........We will experience Our Heavenly Father speaking to us, touching  us, teaching us in a one-on-one, take your Breath away experience through His Creation....NATURE!!

"If you want to learn, then go ask the wild animals and the birds, the flowers and the fish. Any of them can tell you what the Lord has done.  Every living creature is in the hands of God." (Job 12:7-10, CEV)

Family, as we close out our time together, I encourage You to take a pause today, tomorrow...Right Now and just take in NATURE around You.  Stop, Look and Listen for a second in your busy day to the Awesomeness of Our Lord speaking to YOU through His Creation......through NATURE! Oh Yeah, Your day will NOT be the same, I can promise you that!! You will be fueled and filled...Mind, Body and Soul!

THE DREADED "G" WORD :(

Happy Blessed Wednesday Family,

Welllll today's Mona Girl Blog is going to be an "Ouchie" Word from Our Lord.....so I'm just getting you prepared (smile).  For the last few weeks, Holy Spirit's been nudging and nudging and nudging me to open up and have Him pen this Message to US but I've chosen to "respectfully" side step the nudges........but NOW is NOW so here we go....

"GOSSIP" as defined by Dictionary.com is: "idle talk or rumor, especially about the personal or private affairs of others". And We ALL do IT, I mean look at the majority of Gossip Shows, Magazines, Web Sites, Talk Shows, etc. that we are exposed to EVERY day besides the Gossip WE do on our own in our private lives.  I was so into the TV concept of Gossip that back in the day I LOVED to watch All My Children....and when I was a Freshman in College, I actually scheduled my classes around the Noon Time addictive Soap Opera. And like Me, who doesn't just "glance" (not **Purchase** y'all) but "glance" at the Celebrity/Hollywood Gossip rags in the check-out line at the Market or Drug Store.  Yeah, raising my hand in this Class.....GUILTY as charged!

Hmmmm, but it's All Fun & Games until the Gossip becomes Personal....until the Gossip is focused on US. And to be honest, that's when the Gossip also becomes hurtful and down right cruel......especially if being delved by folks who we thought we could Trust.......folks who we thought were our Friends.......folks we thought had our backs.  Oh Yeah...NOT Fun Times.

I have an AMAZING Friend who Truly, Truly walks with Our Lord day in, day out....and her standard reply is Always the same about Gossip: "If they did it to Jesus, YOU are in good company."  And Yes, she's got a good point because Our Loving Lord and Savior took being Gossiped about to a Whole New Level! And He NEVER retaliated, He NEVER got mad, He NEVER lifted His hand to strike the Gossips, He NEVER ran and tattled to His Father, He just consistently, humbly and Lovingly turned the other cheek. Whewee!! Mona's not quite there yet - LOL!!!

There are lots of Bible Verses about Gossip.  Our Heavenly Father is NOT a big fan of what WE see as "idle" chatter and behavior....and you can see in the following Scriptures HE does NOT mince Words.......there's NO gray area:

"Don't spread gossip and rumors. Don't just stand by when your neighbor's life is in danger. I am God." (Leviticus 19:16,MSG)

"Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear." (Ephesians 4:29, NASB)

"If anyone among you thinks to be religious and does not bridle his tongue, but deceives his own heart, his religion is vain." (James 1:26, JUB)

Oh YES!! That Last Scripture is a doooooozie, because (from personal experience) most of the folks who are Gossiping.......smh.......Claim to be Church Folks Y'all!!! Yeah.........NOT good....NOT GOOD at all.

As I get older and my walk becomes closer and more intimate with My Lord, I've found myself asking/doing MORE of this from my Abba Father cuz I DO NOT want to go down the slippery Gossip Trail.....I DO NOT want to offend/hurt/be cruel to my fellow humans with my words.....I DO NOT want others to feel like I've felt.....I DO NOT want to cause Our Lord to curl down His lips at me...I try to ALWAYS walk in a way that makes HIM smile:

"Guard my mouth, O Eternal One; control what I say.  Keep a careful watch on EVERY word I speak." (Psalm 141:3, VOICE w/tad Mona Emphasis in caps)

Gossip, Gossips, Gossiping, Gossiper, Gossiped.....no matter how it's spelled or what tense it's used.....NOT a good thing to Do or Be. So Mona's going to continue to do My Best (give me Strength Holy Spirit) to stay away from the Dreaded "G" Word, to stay away from folks who do the "G" thing and PRAY for folks who are caught up in the Dreaded "G" cycle as a way of life.  NOT Healthy, NOT Nice, NOT Loving, NOT Helpful, NOT Attractive/Sexy, NOT Positive, NOT Trustworthy, NOT Peaceful, NOT Harmless, and most importantly, NOT PLEASING TO OUR LORD!  Oh Yeah, remember Family, Our Sovereign Lord is ***Omniscient***......HE knows, sees and is aware of Everything!!

I Pray ALL of US continue to Walk Out Our PURPOSE with PASSION.......and if You're not there yet, I PRAY You will Seek and Ask Our Lord to help You, guide You to His Purpose for Your life.  He has a Purpose for ALL of us.  Mona's Purpose: To be His Hands & Feet on Earth, telling Everyone about Our Awesome Lord!! No matter if they want to listen or not, that's what I'm here for and what He's designed me to do. And NOW that I'm fully His, Locked In and Onboard with HIS PLAN........OH YEAH!!!  I LOVE my Purpose and I do it with Passion!

Loves, as We continue to Walk Out Our PURPOSE in Life with PASSION.....We must Always desire it; want it; crave it; study it; learn it; eat, drink and sleep it; share it; Believe in it; LOVE it.......cuz Family, there's NOTHING, NOTHING, and I mean N-O-T-H-I-N-G like Walking out.... #Daily......Your God-given PURPOSE with PASSION.....Living Passionately On Purpose!! It makes You Happy, Blesses Others, Gives You Peace and Gives HIM....Our Awesome Lord....the Glory!!

Second off, here's a Beautiful Message I received via email from a Mighty Woman of God.  You may have received it yourself in the past, it's a popular email to forward. Family, when you read it (and I recommend a few reads), let the words sink deep into your Heart.  We are so VALUABLE to Our Lord, Others and Ourselves.  And if you don't see yourself this way......it's High Time that you start seeing yourself this way!!! (Thanks Auntie Alma!)

Sit With Me......for a Moment!!

There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it.  You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad, and focus on the good. LOVE the people who treat you right, PRAY for the ones who don't.  Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living!!

Third off, Our Lord's been speaking to me lately about "Shining Stars".....and leading me to Scriptures about His Shining Star Saints.  I LOVE me some Daniel and here's a Scripture Holy Spirit led me to over the weekend.....SHINE STARS....SHINE FOR OUR LORD!!

"Men and women who have lived wisely and well will shine brilliantly, like the cloudless, star-strewn night skies.  And those who put others on the right path to life will glow like stars forever." (Daniel 12:3, MSG)

Fourth off, one of my Fave people in the World shared this pic quote with me and it's been making its presence felt DEEEEEEP in my Soul since!! (Thanks Westley!!)

Family, I hope the "stuff" that's been knocking around in Mona's Mind and Soul causes you to take a moment....take a chill.....take a breath.....to reflect, to search your own Mind and Soul, to gain some Perspective, to have some Peace as You walk out this thing called LIFE we're doing every, single, second of the day!! As We know, it can get a tad rocky and rough sometimes but when we STOP and SLOW DOWN long enough to listen to our inner voice, our spirit man and woman, our heart beat...........we can truly, #FRFR, holding on TIGHTLY to Our Lord's Mighty Hand, do this thing called LIFE!! And speaking of "doing this thing called LIFE", I think this fits Perfectly here as I end our time together today.  Y'all KNOW Our Heavenly Father talks to Us in the ordinary stuff that we see Every day....even at Home Depot.......LOL!!!

**PARABLE OF THE PENCIL**

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box.  "There are 5 things you need to know," he told the Pencil.  "Before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best Pencil you can be."

*One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand.

*Two: You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you'll need it to become a better Pencil.

*Three: You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.

*Four: The most important part of you will always be what's inside.

*And Five: On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark.  No matter what the condition, you must continue to write.

The Pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.


Now replacing the place of the Pencil with You. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best Person you can be.

Father God, I come humbly to Your throne of Grace right now in Prayer for ALL Your sons and daughters.  We Thank You Lord that You have a Mighty Divine Plan for our Lives. A Plan of Purpose and Destiny.  We Thank You Lord that this is Your Plan A and that it is THE BEST for Us. We Thank You Lord that You know our Every thought and that You know our Hearts. We want to be Used Mightily by You and We want to be Blessed Mightily by You as well.  Thank You Lord for Your Patience with Us as we Walk out our Lives.  Thank You for being Our Loving Shepherd, guiding Us and keeping Us on the right path.  Please Lord, continue to Bless Us, continue to Encourage,  Mold and Shape us into Who YOU need us to be so we can be a Blessing to You, our Family, our Friends and our World.
