Happy Blessed Wednesday My Family,

I want to start off today's Mona Girl Blog by saying how HUMBLED, GRATEFUL, OFF THE HOOK BLESSED I continue to be, that each and every one of You, My World-wide Family, stop by every Wednesday!! As I've said before, YOU Fuel Me......YOU Feed Me......YOU Encourage Me......YOU BLESS ME!! I sooo TREASURE Our Wednesday's together!!! I sooooo TREASURE Your Love & Energy!! THANK YOU!!

OK!! Nowww, for what Holy Spirit has for us today.......An AWESOME "V"......IEW!! What?!?...Yeah, LOL! I know.......let me explain........

Last week, I was driving along and got the Nudge to look up into the sky where Our Lord was putting on an AWESOME DISPLAY of His Creation......with His Birdies!! As I pulled over so I wouldn't get into an accident, and took the time to BE STILL and WATCH His Magnificent Sky Show......I saw THREE Large groups of Birds.......flying in THREE Huge V's!!!  I quickly looked around to see if anyone else near me was looking UP at the sky......had Stopped like me to gaze at this AWESOME "V".......IEW.....but it seemed like I (at least within my close radius of folks) was the only one Awe Struck......Mesmerized by this special Moment Our Lord decided to share!!

Loves, it was Absolutely Amazing!! Literally an AWESOME VIEW!!!  THREE Massive groups of Birds flying in THREE Looooooong V's!! As I continued to watch them glide so elegantly and smoothly and peacefully across the radiant blue sky........I began to cry.  Yeah! I Know! That's how I'm wired (smile).  I was so consumed by the Beauty in the Sky and the fact that I was one of who knows how many at that specific time/day being Blessed by Our Lord's Magnificent Sky Show!! What An Honor to see His Mighty and Powerful Hand at Work......in His BIRDS!! Little black specs........instinctively flying in perfect symmetry in a meticulously strategic formation across the sky to their designated destination!! OH YEAH!! Nothing But God!! I was privy to.....humbled to be a part of HIS Creation's Mind-Blowing Movement from Point A to Point B!! You just can't make this stuff Up!! #DoneFork!!!

As I sat quietly, experiencing the incredible sensation of "Time Standing Still"........(which in reality was only a few minutes).......I had my own Private Time with Our Daddy God.......Witnessing His AWESOME "V".....IEW!! For a split second during the Sky Show, I tried to reach for my phone to video/record the Miracle in Real Time but in haste my phone fell and I didn't try to pick it up......I just went back to Gazing at His Glory!! Wheweee!! I'm doing my best to describe the Sky Scene but You truly had to be there with Me to Experience it first-hand. I only Pray.....Hope......someone else on this Big Earth of ours was able to See What I Saw!! A Heavenly Vision.........An Awesome View......An AWESOME "V".....IEW that I will cherish for the rest of my life!

And Y'all know me by now......because I'm a Truth Seeker and want to understand "Why" things happen.......I Googled and found this Article Why Birds Fly In A V-Formation that explains (in the Natural, "Mr. Science" Way) what I witnessed.  But I **KNOW** (in the SUPERnatural, GOD's Way), I was treated to a Miracle Moment......A Magnificent Look-See at Our Master Creator's Plan that occurs Over and Over again ALL Over Our World.....a Big 'Ole God Wink.....A Holy Reminder.....An AWESOME "V"....IEW that HE IS STILL IN CONTROL.......HE IS OUR LOVING, SOVEREIGN LORD..........HE IS STILL IN CHARGE OF EVERYTHING!!!

"Look at the birds.  They don't plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them.  And aren't you far more valuable to him than they are?  Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? And why worry about your clothing?  Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.  And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?  So don't worry about these things, saying 'What will we eat? What will we drink? What will we wear?'  These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers, but your heavenly Father already knows all your needs.  Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you EVERYTHING you need." I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!

Happy Blessed Wednesday Family,

Loves, before we get kneeeeeeee deep into what Holy Spirit has for us today, I need to Get This Off My Chest Right From the Get-Go.........I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH SOME STUFF REGARDING OUR NEW PRESIDENT.............. IT'S NOW COME TO A HEAD.......I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!

I've been trying to IGNORE the urges, the nudges deep in my heart and soul Holy Spirit has been bringing DAILY!!! And because I AM HIS.......and this is HIS Mona Girl Blog.......I Must sit down, be obedient and pen what He's placed on my heart.  Family, I just can't keep still!! I feel like the Prophet Jeremiah in the Bible when he was called to speak what was unpopular........what some didn't want to hear.......

"But if I say I'll never mention the Lord or speak in his name, his word burns in my heart like a fire.  It's like a fire in my bones!  I am worn out trying to hold it in!  I can't do it!" (Jeremiah 20:9, NLT)

So Buckle Up Darlings.......I'ts going to be a bumpy ride......Here We Go..........

Let me first start off by defining "Who I Am".......how I categorize/see myself now in my Faith Walk. Over the last few years, Our Lord has placed me in the presence of folks who call themselves Christians. Whether it's by physically being with them or reading articles, prophetic words, etc. that Holy Spirit has dropped in my mind space to read. And Loves, from these experiences, from seeing folks TRUE COLORS, from seeing how folks act outside the church Mon. - Sat., from seeing Souls that are empty and void of His Light, from reading articles and prophetic words that claim to be "Words from the Lord", from witnessing first-hand gossip, slander, disrespect, down-right-meanness from these so called Christians..........I NOW refer to myself as a **BELIEVER**. I feel that word better suits where I am on my Faith Walk.......I don't PRETEND to Know Our Lord and wear the Christian Mask and speak/write "Christian-ese"........I KNOW HIM FOR MYSELF! I have a Deep, Intimate, Personal, One-On-One **GENUINE RELATIONSHIP** with My Lord and Saviour! I just don't Know ABOUT GOD........I KNOW HIM PERSONALLY! OK......Breathe Mona....BREATHE!! (Thanks Holy Spirit!)

So Family, I say all that to say, that as a BELIEVER, I am having a very hard time wrapping my mind around the things I'm seeing being done by our new President and his regime that some Christians are calling The Lord's Will.......God's Will!! My entire childhood I grew up in a home, was raised in a church, where GOD IS LOVE! 

"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.  He who does not love does not know God, for GOD IS LOVE." (1 John 4:7-8, NKJV, emphasis mine)

And since GOD IS LOVE.....that means Our God is a Peacemaker.......Our God has a Deep Compassionate Caring Heart for those in need......Our God is a Waymaker in times of trouble and distress......Our God is a SAVIOUR.......Our God is a Comforter........Our God RESPECTS ALL OF HIS CREATION..........Our God is Jehovah Jireh (Our Provider)........Our God Walks In Integrity.........Our God is Our Help........Our God Does Not LIE (that's satan's moniker....Oh Yeah! Speak Holy Spirit!!)......Our God is FOR US and Not Against US.........Our God is Not a Manipulator........Our God is Not a Bully.......Our God is Colorblind........Our God is Trustworthy.....Our God is Not Arrogant or Prideful......Our God is Our Protector........Our God is Our Refuge......Our God Loves US.....Our God Loves ALL the World.......OUR GOD IS LOVE!!!!!

Sooooo this is why I am where I am.....I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.......how the things (and some of them horrible, inhumane things) being done by our new President and his regime are being supported, being lauded, being praised by some Christians. As I noted above, I've been quiet with my thoughts the last couple months but I'm at the point where this FOOLISHNESS just Doesn't make sense!! We are living in a mind-blowing, surreal time in America.........don't you agree?!? This is just down-right weirdness and very scary stuff that's taking place in Our Country!! And it's become quite embarrassing and shameful and disgusting.......this is NOT OF GOD.......THIS IS NOT "LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF"!! (Matthew 22:37-39, KJV)

Holy Spirit dropped this POSITIVE read in my lap via My Fellow Sister Blogger (Thanks Shellie!) and I wanted to share it with you.  It's a Powerful Message by Father James Martin who gives us a crystal clear look via THE BIBLE, not Father Martin's word y'all, but OUR LORD GOD'S WORD IN THE BIBLE that what's being done by the few in Washington (the Mexican Border Wall, Refugee/Immigrant Policies, Muslim Ban, etc.) is NOT OF GOD.......it's NOT Who Our Lord God Is........it's Ungodly Behavior!!

'For I was hungry, and you didn't feed me.  I was thirsty, and you didn't give me a drink.  I was a stranger, and you didn't invite me into your home.  I was naked, and you didn't give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn't visit me.' "Then they will reply, 'Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?'  "And he will answer, 'I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.' (Matthew 25:42-45, NLT)

Father James Martin's humbling, Come-to-Jesus Message breaks it down in Real Time, using Scriptures and Biblical TRUTH (click here): "I was a stranger and you did not welcome me."

Family, please don't get bogged down with this is a "Catholic Word from a Priest".......this is JESUS' WORD......JESUS' WARNING......JESUS' WAKE UP CALL TO US through His Servant, His Messenger, Father Martin!!!! We are getting into some pretty gnarly territory here y'all.......and as a BELIEVER........as a FOLLOWER OF JESUS........we need to be VERY VERY CAREFUL what we are praising and supporting!! God Does NOT like Ugly and God will NOT be Mocked!! (Galatians 6:7-8, MSG) And we need to be VERY VERY CAREFUL who we are lifting up, cheering on! God is NOT a fan of Idols!! (Exodus 20:3-5, GNT)

"A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil.  For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks." (Luke 6:45, NKJV, emphasis mine)

Loves, Thank YOU for hanging in with me today.  This has been a "Wheweeee"...."Surreal" Message to pen!! Shout Out to Holy Spirit for keeping me focused and on track.

But before I let you go today, I'm Still struggling with **WHY** some Christians are comfortable with what is happening in America.......Why some Christians are fine with these ungodly acts occurring.......Why some Christians are OK with the manipulation and pressure and bullying tactics that are being exposed and implemented........Why some Christians have no problem with their Brothers and Sisters in this World being disrespected and treated unjustly.......Why some Christians are oblivious (or is it ignoring or denying) to the fact that **Consequences** will result from this bad behavior (You Reap what You Sow)........and Why some Christians are approving this glaringly evident Un-CHRIST-Like behavior.......I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!!! And because I am sooooo VERY eager for an answer, if You are a Christian and You are OK with......in alignment with......on board with what is going on in Washington right now......step up to the plate and PLEASE EMAIL ME at wincty@aol.com or reply in the Comments Below.  I so want an explanation...because as a Word-Abider, Created-In-Jesus'-Image Disciple, Bible Truth Seeker, God-Is-First-In-My-Life BELIEVER.......I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!

WHO??? WHAT?!? WOW!!!!!!!!

For today's Mona Girl Blog, Holy Spirit has me sharing with YOU one of my Fave MIRACLES in the Bible, which you can read in its entirety here: Four Men in the Furnace!

It's an Off the Hook Testimony of FAITH, COURAGE, TRUST, LOYALTY and LOVE!! Whewee! Me so excited to SHARE with you today! Here we go......... Thanks Holy Spirit!!

**WHO???**
Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego (Yeah, that's a mouth full...just rolls right off your tongue - LOL!), were three Hebrew Men back in the Old Testament Book of Daniel who LOVED and I mean LOVED and WORSHIPED their Lord...even until death. Back in their day, there was a King....King Nebuchadnezzar, who was ALL about himself.  He was the King, he was the Man, he was the Bomb! And because of King Nebuchadnezzar's over appreciation for himself, he built a HUGE gold statue and ordered all the important folks in Babylon to attend the dedication ceremony. At the ceremony, the leaders were informed that whenever the Band played, you were to fall to your knees and worship King Nebuchadnezzar's gold statue. And the down side to that mandatory request was that anyone who did not kneel and worship would be thrown into a roaring furnace.  (See Daniel 3:1-7, MSG) Geez!  Harsh punishment for not stroking the King's ego, don't you think?

**WHAT?!?**
Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, who were three of the King's leaders in Babylon, did NOT buy into King Nebuchadnezzar's self-aggrandising tactic. When they chose NOT to kneel in worship of the gold statue when the Band played, they were called out for their disobedience. In fact, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego were called out in such a public way that they insulted and angered King Nebie (Mona Nick-name) but he gave them a second chance.  Oh Yeah!!  Here's where it gets interesting.......the Hebrew Mighty Men were not afraid of King Nebie or his threats of death by the roaring furnace.  They stood FIRM and UNMOVABLE in their Faith in God....their Almighty Sovereign Lord.....and, as a result, spoke some of the most Powerful Words in the Bible: "Your threats mean nothing to us. If you throw us in the fire, the God we serve can rescue us from your roaring furnace and anything else you might cook up, O king. But even if he doesn't, it wouldn't make a bit of difference, O king. We still wouldn't serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up." (Daniel 3:16-18, MSG - LOVE, LOVE the underlined portion of this Scripture!!!!) Family, Y'all notice how the Message version used the lower-case "k" when the Hebrew Men referred to King Nebie?!? Just adding fuel to the fire (pun intended).  

Soooooo, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego disobeyed/disrespected him publicly and THEN when he gave them a 2nd chance, they dissed him even further with their strong reply and allegiance to God!!! Oh Yeah!  King Nebie was DONE!!! As a result, he ordered the furnace fired up 7 times hotter.....7 TIMES HOTTER THAN USUAL.....ordered his strong army men to bind up Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego in every way possible and throw them into the roaring furnace. (See Daniel 3:8-23, MSG).

**WOW!!!!!!!!!!**
Now for those of Us who've been doing this Faith Walk thing for a while....or even if You just gave Your Life to Christ.......WE Know Our Abba Father DOES NOT LIKE UGLINESS.....especially when it's directed towards HIS Anointed, HIS Children, HIS Loyal Sons and Daughters. After all, it's part of Our Heavenly Father's Covenant Promise to US that He will ALWAYS look out for US because we are His.  Thank You Jesus!  Now, here's where it gets really interesting..........here's how the MIRACLE played out.........

After the Three Hebrew Men were thrown into the ferocious fiiery furnace, (which by the way burned up the strong army of men who were obeying King Nebuchadnezzar's orders).....Hmmmmm, beware who you chose to follow/obey....you could get Burned, literally!!, King Nebie was shocked to see FOUR Men walking around FREELY in the Fire!!!  Remember they were completely bound hand and foot!! And it even further AMAZED King Nebie that the FOURTH MAN looked like JESUS!!  Oh YEAH! Like the seasoned Saints at my church say: "God is an ON Time God......He may not always show up the way we expect but HE Always shows up On Time." 

But Ohhhhhhh Loves, because JESUS was in the Fire with Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, when King Nebie called them out of the furnace,.......the Fire had not touched the three Mighty Men of God...the Fire had not singed ONE hair on their heads......the Fire had not scorched their clothing......they DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE SMELL OF FIRE/SMOKE ON THEM! So King Nebuchadnezzar, because of his arrogance and wrong choice in his godly worship, secured himself a front row seat to witness One of the Bible's Most Powerful MIRACLES!! Whewee!! All King Nebie could say after witnessing such an Awesome Sight was: ".......There has never been a god who can pull off a rescue like this." (Daniel 3:29, MSG) AND to put the icing on the cake with a cherry on top........Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego were promoted by the King!! (See Daniel 3:24-30, MSG).

Oh YES!  Family! When We STAND FIRMLY ON OUR FAITH, when We do NOT waver, when We are NOT swayed/manipulated/bullied by the world, when We are Loyal, Trusting and Courageous, when We are NOT afraid of what we are facing, when we Believe in Our Lord no matter what, when We Walk by Faith and Not by Sight, when We really...REALLY Love & Worship Our Heavenly Father........HE'S GOT OUR BACKS no matter the firey trials, challenges and stuff life brings!! Oh Yeah! Take it from my boyz, Shadrach, Meshach and Agednego, when You Love, Honor and Respect Our Sovereign Lord -
Get Ready for Miracles.........Get Ready for Promotions!!

"And the satraps, administrators, governors, and the king's counselors gathered together, and they saw these men on whose bodies the fire had no power; the hair of their head was not singed nor were their garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them." (Daniel 3:27, NKJV)

As we're winding down from the Annual Celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Life & Legacy (Nationally Recognized Holiday - Monday, January 16, 2017), I continue to have on repeat in my head, Dr. King's I HAVE A DREAM.....I HAVE A DREAM.......I HAVE A DREAM! 

Dr. King's entire Speech is so VERY POWERFUL and it's clear, no matter if you're reading it or watching it on YouTube, that on that God-Ordained, AWE-INSPIRING Day of August 28, 1963, when The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. stepped onto the platform at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC......that Dr. King's Anointed Words were spoken from a place deep in his soul that radiated and reflected Our Lord's Magnificent Presence! This is why Dr. King's Life & Legacy is Still extremely compelling and relevant and continues to influence our world today and will for eternity!!

Family, I have nothing more to share and as I close out our short time together this Wednesday, I Urge You, I Pray with You to let I HAVE A DREAM......I HAVE A DREAM.......I HAVE A DREAM.......begin to play on repeat in your mind. And I hope today's short but Right-On-Time-On-Point Word from Holy Spirit through me to You......ignites a Mighty Flame deep in your Heart and Soul to DREAM BIG!!! NO......DREAM BIGGER THAN THAT!!!

I'm a Fan of Roy Lessin's Devotionals and wouldn't you know it (Thanks Holy Spirit!), one of my Blessed Sisters (Thanks Shalawn!) sent me a Mighty Word earlier this week that is PERFECT for US as we continue to move Boldly, Confidently, Humbly, Joyfully and Peacefully by HIS GRACE into 2017!! OUR **VICTORY** YEAR!

I Hope You Enjoy, Take to Heart & Soul, this Word of Encouragement, Wisdom and Truth! I Hope it Fires You Up to Continue on His Plan A Path/His BEST for You and to not turn back! I Hope it Gives You the Courage to move from the Comfort of the Shore and seek HIM in the Deep for Your Divine Purpose! I Hope it Confirms that when You're Walking with Your Lord, the Dreams & Desires HE has for You become the SAME You have for Yourself! (Psalm 37:4-5)   I Hope it Nudges You to Keep Your Eyes & Ears Open Wide so You can See & Hear Him Better! RECEIVING WHAT GOD HAS FOR YOU IN 2017!

Even though we don’t know exactly what is ahead in the coming year, here are some redemptive ways we can move forward and fulfill what God has for us.

Enter the New Year free of any spiritual baggage. The first thing is to let go of the baggage of the past.Release your grip upon any old hurts, wounds, or disappointments. They can bring with them the weights of bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. These are the things that your soul can not afford to lug around for another year.

The next thing is to not pick up the baggage of the future. God does not want you weighed down with cares, anxiety, and worry. Live each day, moment by moment, in the sufficiency of His grace, and trust Him in all things for tomorrow’s needs.

With hands free to receive what God has for you, focus your faith on these five things:

1. Be Available:

…be a vessel for honor, sanctified [set apart for a special purpose and], useful to the Master, prepared for every good work 2 Timothy 2:21 AMP … And Saul said, “Who are You, Lord?” And He answered, “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting, now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” Acts 9:5-6 AMP

Be a yielded vessel available for everyday use, occasional use, or to be set aside for special occasions. The Potter who formed you, knows best how to use you…and when!

2. Be Dependent:

Not that we are sufficiently qualified in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency and qualifications come from God. 2 Corinthians 3:5 AMP

Be assured that you are totally in need of Him to be who He has called you to be, and to do what He asks you to do. Lean into His adequacy, life, and strength with 100 percent of your heart…that’s what thriving branches do when they’re in the vine.

3. Be Faithful:

Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:2 NKJV 

Seek His approval…live under His smile…stay with it… Choose obedience over sacrifice. He is using you in more ways than you know.

4. Be Grateful:

Peace, peace, to him who is far away [both Jew and Gentile] and to him who is near! Says the Lord; “And I will heal him [making his lips blossom anew with thankful praise] Isaiah 57:19 AMP

Live in the atmosphere of thankfulness…it’s one of the healthiest ways to live.

5. Be Confident:

The Lord knows those who are His…But God’s truth stands firm like a foundation stone with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of the Lord stand apart from wickedness and withdraw from wrongdoing.”2 Timothy 2:19 AMP

The Lord knows your name…But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. Isaiah 43:1 NKJV

You are no stranger to the Lord. God knows every detail of your life, and every need you face. Daily, you have His undivided attention.

The Lord knows your heart…The eyes of the LORD search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. 2 Chronicles 16:9 NLT

He understands where you are coming from…He knows your intentions, and motivations...He knows your deepest desires and quietest prayers.

The Lord knows your location…You know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! Psalm 139:4-7 NLT

God’s angels know where to find you! There is no “prayer mail” being rejected by heaven’s post office because your present address is unknown and the answers are undeliverable. God looks over you…you will never be forsaken or forgotten.

The Lord knows your calling…Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God.Romans 1:1 KJV

You are God’s appointed servant. He knows how He has gifted and equipped you. He knows all He will do for you both now and in the future. He didn’t make a mistake regarding His giftings and His call upon your life, and He will never confuse you with someone else. Stay under the rest and strength of His yoke…He has chosen the field where He wants you to work.
