Today's Mona Girl Blog is about FLYING!! Sometimes I get tickled when Our Lord puts on my heart what to write about each Wednesday and today's message prompting is **FLYING** - LOL! Sooooo, please make sure your seat back is in the up right position, your tray table locked, cell phone/laptops and all electronic devices with an on/off switch turned off, seat belt securely fastened...........and Here We Go!!
Since I was a little girl, I have Always LOVED to FLY. I remember taking family vacations and I would get so excited the days prior in anticipation of getting to ride on an airplane with my family!! And when I took my first solo flight as a teenager to see relatives in Los Angeles - whewee!! My excitement level was off the charts!! I LOVE watching the pilots do their standard security/maintenance checks of their plane, the flight attendants greeting as you board, the baggage handlers loading passenger luggage (fingers ALWAYS crossed that my luggage makes the flight), ground traffic control, air traffic controllers in the tower, and the many, many other folks who are an integral part of this precise and strategically orchestrated Flight Team. I am obsessed with details and organization (hence why I'm a Meeting/Event Producer) and I LOVE watching all the pieces of this grand flight puzzle come together for one final action.......one end result.......WHEELS UP!!!
Whether it's a puddle/island jumper in the Caribbean, a Heavy (757) or any size plane in between, I LOVE every single exhilarating moment from take off to landing. As a child, I would lay flat on my back on the grass and watch the planes fly wayyyyyyy up in the sky, watching the exhaust of the engines leave a long white trail that would eventually morph into the design of the clouds. And as an adult, I will ALWAYS take time to glance up or out a window during the day when I hear a plane overhead or spend a few peaceful moments at night watching a plane with it's jewel-toned navigation lights move smoothly and effortlessly across a dark night sky. When I'm watching my Metsies at Citi Field, I enjoy seeing the planes take off/land at La Guardia as they thunderously skim a few hundred feet above the Stadium. Oh Yeah.....#Goosebumps!
I know one of the main reasons I LOVE to FLY is that FLYING puts me in a Peaceful place! Once I'm airborne, music on the my ipod, the plane's engines humming - it's Nap Time for Mona!! And throughout the flight, My Lord will give me a little nudge from time to time to get me to open my eyes and see HIS AWESOMENESS.....HIS MIGHTY WORK in the Heavens. Big puffy billowing pillows of white against a brilliant blue sky, reflecting little diamond shimmers of bright yellow sunlight, with vibrant green patches of land thousands of miles below.........Oh Yeah! It's like having a front row seat with God whispering in my ear: "here's a birds eye view of my Mighty Handywork......an Amazing Masterpiece created just for your viewing Mona"!! And don't get me started on when it is raining on the ground and as the pilot navigates our climb to the designated altitude....BAM!! We instantly burst through the dark clouds into the magnificent, radiant sunlight.......once again revealing Our Lord's AWESOMENESS in the Heavens!! "He is the maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them -- he remains faithful forever." (Psalm 146:6, NIV)
I know there are some of you saying.....Really Mona!?! Is it that serious!?! And my reply is an emphatic YES, IT IS!! When you approach and experience FLYING this way.......you can't help but be elevated (literally) to a whole new level in your *Seeing God in Everything*......in your "touchy/feely" time with Our Heavenly Father. One my dearest friends (Hi Christopher) has been a flight attendant for United for eons and he LOVES, LOVES what he does (flawlessly working the 1st Class JFK/Paris route). And to listen to him talk about going to "work"......you can hear the Joy in his voice (despite some flaky passengers from time-to-time) that he gets from his time in the friendly skies. 😇
Family, as I close out today's Mona Girl Blog, if you are not a fan of FLYING, I encourage you to give it a different look/another chance next time it's WHEELS UP!!! for you. There's truly nothing like being up in the Heavens in God's Country!! And just you watch.......Our Heavenly Father will give you a private show of His Mighty Handy Work in the skies.......an Amazing Masterpiece created just for your viewing.

I sooooo LOVE to fly! And I LOVE just chillin, looking outside the window at the black sky, watching the planes dart back and forth on the dark canvas. I sit and wonder, Where's that flight going? or Where are they coming from? Every time I hear a plane engine during the day or see the twinkling navigation lights at night, I always Pause and Look Up! And Don't get me started on what it's like to fly into New York's LaGuardia Airport when the pilot's flight plan has a descent over Citi Field!! Or watching my New York Mets at Citi Field and seeing the planes land/take off above the ballpark!! Oh Yeah! Goosebumps Stuff!! 🙌🙌💙

There is something so beautiful and yet so bleak about a runway. If you just look at it, it appears to go nowhere. It looks like it just dead ends in nothingness. It doesn't look like it has a great destination just an abrupt end. And yet at the end of that dead end runway Flight begins............ Some situations in our lives that look like dead ends... .....are really just runways where Flight Begins. Isaiah 40:31 But YOU who wait on the Lord Shall renew YOUR strength; YOU WILL mount up with wings like eagles, YOU WILL run and not be weary, YOU WILL walk and not faint.

Life can get us to the point where we're worn out, searching for answers, getting swept away/wrapped up in the "noise", drinkin the "not good for you" kool-aid......and continuing to come up empty. But Loves, I promise you, if you take a moment to STOP and just quiet your heart and soul and take Jesus up on His Divine Invitation........one you don't have to wait in line for......one you don't have to RSVP in advance for........one you don't have to be on a special VIP list for......one you don't have to come dressed a certain way for.....one that doesn't have an expiration date.....you'll be changed, renewed, encouraged, ignited like you've never been before!! You'll have a feeling in your heart and soul that fills the void you've been so desperately trying to fill.
How Do I Do *This* Mona?!First off. You have to have a desire, a hunger, a "want to". Second, You just sit down and Be Still......Jesus will do the rest!! Oh Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus!!

Coming Full Circle: A New Level of Mastery
When we come full circle, there is the feeling that we have come to a familiar place, but we are somehow different.
Life is a circular journey through our issues and processes, and this is why things that are technically new often seem very familiar. It is also why, whenever we work to release a habit, change a pattern, or overcome a fear, we often encounter that issue one last time, even after we thought we had conquered it. Often, when this happens, we feel defeated or frustrated that after all our hard work we are still dealing with the same problem. However, the reappearance of a pattern, habit, or fear, is often a sign that we have come full circle, and that if we can maintain our resolve through one last test, we will achieve a new level of mastery in our lives.
When we come full circle, there is often the feeling that we have arrived in a familiar place, but that we ourselves are somehow different. We know that we can handle challenges that seemed insurmountable when we began our journey, and there is the feeling that we might be ready to take on a new problem, or some new aspect of the old problem. We feel empowered and courageous to have taken on the challenge of stopping a pattern, releasing a habit, or overcoming a fear, and to have succeeded. At times like these, we deserve a moment of rest and self-congratulation before we move on to the next challenge.
Coming full circle is like stepping into a clearing where, for a moment, we can see where we came from and where we are standing at the same time. Remembering that we will be tested again is important, but it's also important to pause and take a look at the ground we've covered, honoring our courage, our persistence, and our achievement. Then we can begin the next leg of our circular journey with a fuller understanding of where we are coming from.
The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me;
Your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever.
Do not forsake the work of Your hands. (Psalm 138:8, ESV)

Wheweee.........I learned lots from our Lord in 2018! And some of the Lessons were.....ummm.....let's just say Not fun but.......come to think about it......when is discipline fun?! Anywho, rambling.....gettin back on track now........I learned lots from our Lord in 2018 and I am Ready & Willing to Walk Out the Lessons Learned in Real Time. And I Pray You can relate and are eager To Do the same.
One of the Lessons Learned is that I grew deeper into becoming a "Word Abider". I learned to glean, stay more into, appreciate, yearn for.....His Word........His Scriptures.......His Promises! I found Peace, Joy and most of all God-Fidence when I spent more time with Abba in His Word. My Faith grew to a new level of Spiritual Maturity. I now TRUST Him more!! Oh Yeah! All God Stuff came from ThatLesson Learned!
And because I want You to become more of a "Word-Abider" too....today Holy Spirit's got a few Scriptures to share that are just PERFECT for the New Year!! Oh Hallelujah! Speak Holy Spirit!! 🙌🙌
Loves, I PRAY one or two or four or All of the above Scriptures become His Divine Promises that you claim as your own; return to/reflect on often; share with others; and add to your Faith Arsenals. Your Journals. Highlight in Your Bibles and on Your devices. I PRAY we get to the point that we hunger and yearn to LIVE God's Word 24/7! Like Psalm 119 says above, I PRAY we get to the place in our Faith Walks where we Carry and Hide God's Word in our hearts!💓

Happy Blessed New Year my Mets' Men! So Looking forward to an Amazing 2019 Season!
Well my Beautiful Ones...........Abba dropped this Fabulous word pic in my eye gates earlier this week from Restored Ministries and as I gazed at the brilliant red ornament...all sparkly and shiny......illuminating the tree lights.......the thought came to my spirit: "Who Do You Reflect?"
Oh Yeah! That's quite a ways from just checkin out the sparkly, shiny tree ornament!! LOL! But That's how Abba and I roll. And That's what He's got on tap Today for His Mona Girl Blog. 😇
So Here We Go...........
We ALL Reflect something or someone right? I mean, we are living in this world, walking out our lives and we all tend to pattern our lives after folks.......whether our parents, our siblings, teacher, mentor, celebrity/public figure, shero/hero, Pastor, Priest, Rabbi........we all Reflect parts of others and our environments in our personalities. And in most cases, we tend to stick pretty much to the status quo, not going too far "outside the box". We have a deep hunger to belong. We like to stay in our comfort zones and not tread or stray too far from what society deems as "normal". We feel by doing this we will be more accepted, more liked, more embraced by the masses.........but then comes the question that started us Down this road today........."Who Do You Reflect?"
And y'all know me by now. When Holy Spirit lays questions out here for Us to Pause and Ponder, we are Always led to His Word. And being we are days away from CHRISTmas and the birth of our Beautiful Messiah......it brings to the forefront how Perfectly Created in Adonai's Image Jesus was/is. How It Cost Him EVERYTHING to come to Earth as a Babe; grow as a Man; walk out His Life Reflecting Abba Father as He alleviated suffering, touched lives and saved souls; Sacrificed His Life for our Sins; and arose Victorious for our Salvation!! Oh Hallelujah!!!! Now That's what I call Perfect LOVE! Thank You Jesus! "For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6, NIV) "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16, KJV)
Our King Jesus was the Poster Child for Being DIFFERENT! He was/is not like any other person on Earth! Our King Jesus was/is UNIQUE! He walked the "Road Less Traveled" and Loves, if we want to make our lives REALLY count, if we want to Genuinely Live an Authentic Life on Purpose, we will need to hook our stars to King Jesus. We will need to seek His Heart and His Ways.....we will need to Reflect HIM in our daily lives. We will need to spend quality time with Jesus in order to learn from Him, be led and guided by Him. All this is part of the Divine Process that's needed/required in order to Belong to HIM.....to Know HIM....to Reflect HIM! To Reflect HIM......to those who gaze at You! To Reflect HIM......ALL for His Glory!
And Yeah Family! To DO This, To LIVE This way.....the Reflecting Jesus Way.......You will be seen as DIFFERENT! You will be seen as taking the "Road Less Traveled". You will be seen as UNIQUE! But You will be seen as HIS!! And from one who's Doing IT in Real Time (Only by the Grace of God!! Thx. Yahweh!!).....I can tell you there's No ONE Better to Reflect than our King Jesus, our great High Priest, our Lord & Saviour.....Emmanuel! 🙏🙌🙌

Today's Verse
Now the Lord came and stood there, calling as before, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”
(1 Samuel 3:10)
Have you ever felt like the Lord was calling out to you subconsciously, demanding acknowledgment? Our world today is decidedly tuning out what the Lord is saying. In this age, the Lord does not appear visibly to us in a physical form and audibly speak to us, but He does still speak to us. Through His Word and through His Holy Spirit, the Lord can speak to our hearts just as plainly as he spoke to Samuel. Even if you are not yet a believer, the Lord can still speak to your heart. It says in scripture that Samuel did not yet know the Lord. We should all be like Samuel, who after hearing the call immediately answered, "Here I am Lord." Don't stop to think things through or over analyze the situation. Simply answer, "Here I am Lord." The same God who made the stars and planets will give you Everything you need to be successful in whatever He has called you To Do. Trust that He wouldn't call you ToDo ITif you weren't exactly the person He had in mind for the job.

Father God. Please cause our Hearts and Souls to WAKE UP to the reality of how We as Your Sons and Daughters are living out life right now. Please convict Us with the Purity of Your Will regarding our continued Inhumane Actions towards our fellow Brothers and Sisters who are crying out for Help, Comfort, Peace and Justice. Please Lord, let Us not allow Religion and Politics to continue to rule and reign in our hearts in place of Your Love and Compassion. You, Beautiful Jesus, are ALL about Souls and let Us get back to a people and a world where We are ALL about Souls. Please mightily touch the souls and hearts of our Nation's Leaders to Seek You First in Prayer for Your Divine Guidance, Wisdom and Discernment. Please Father God, let the Leaders of Your Great America See with Your eyes of Love and Mercy instead of eyes of fear, pride, prejudice, harm, cruelty and injustice. Please Lord God let Us make a Change...a Radical Change so that from This day forward We Live our Lives Like You Jesus. Filled to overflowing with Love, Compassion, Mercy and Integrity for our fellow Brothers and Sisters around Your World. Well Loves.......Today Holy Spirit's got something for Us that He's been mulling around and around in my mind space for a few days. And here IT is......LIFE'S A *PROCESS*.
I'm sure some of you can complete that statement with another word 'bout the stuff of Life (smile) but Mona Girl Blog is a Positive Pure Blog (that's why You pop by every Wednesday) so We're going with what He put on my heart........LIFE'S A *PROCESS*. 😇🙏
*PROCESS* as Dictionary.com defines the Noun: "a systematic series of actions directed to some end.""a continuous action, operation, or series of changes taking place in a definite manner."
Soooooo, as we peep the literal definition and drop It into our lives, it's easy to see that as we Walk Out Life....there's a continual series of activities; a methodical plan of action; a series of detailed steps that make up the day-to-day stuff which creates the overall Bigger Picture of our lives.
And because I'm HIS Scribe and Everything I pen is for HIS Glory, we always end up back at HIS Word for Revelation and Confirmation. So let's peep just a few examples of how Important the *PROCESS* is to our Sovereign Lord God...........

WOW! OK?! Now We See just how meticulous, and detailed, and perfection-oriented, and methodical, and Flawless our Father God is when it comes to Having His Hands in the Pot!! We See, in just a small sample size, how CriticalandEssential PROCESS is to El Shaddai (Almighty God). And Loves, if Abba Father is so Uber Focused when it comes to bringing His Plans and Promises in The Bible to fruition, and keeping in mind We're His Sons and Daughters created in His Image, why would We even begin to think that the PROCESS of how We Walk Out Life is not high up on His Holy To Do List.
If our Father God is so Into and On Point with the orchestration of the Divine PROCESS of
Everything of this World, then We're part of that Divine PROCESS too. Rinse & Repeat: LIFE'S A *PROCESS*.
And because He uses "God Winks" to confirm things in my spirit, Holy Spirit's dropped two quotes and a Scripture in my lap that fit perfectly with His Word for us today.

"My thoughts," says the Lord, "are not like yours, and my ways are different from yours.

Family, it's crystal clear. Pretty much Everything We Do, Say and Are, is part of a "systematic series of actions directed to some end" that make up the Bigger Picture of our lives. Now our choice is to be Open and Allow our Father God to Lead and Guide us according to His Life PROCESS for us, which will at times mean We Won't Get Our Way or It Won't Be According to Our Life Plan/Agenda just like He tells us in Isaiah 55.
But Loves, I've learned from first-hand experience that doing life Mona's Way can get pretty gnarly and chaotic at times. And We Know Our Lord is Not about disorder and confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33). So my gentle suggestion to those who are Heading Into PROCESS, In PROCESS or Coming Out of PROCESS, is to keep your eyes fixed like flint on your Abba Father and hold tightly to His Loving Hand.........as you let His meticulous, methodical, FlawlessPROCESS mold, shape and transform you into His Divine Masterpiece.........so you can Stand Strong and say with All God-fidence........LIFE'S A WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL *PROCESS*! Hallelujah! Thank You Jehovah-Jireh! Love You Lord!
Well Loves.......as most of you know who have your reserved seat here every Wednesday at His Mona Girl Blog..........Abba Father tends to Speak to me in All sorts of interesting and awesome ways! And Today's God Word from Him to Us Is. No. Different. 😇
Earlier this week, I received an email from DSW, like I always do a couple times a week, especially now with Black Friday and cuz I LOVE Shoes!!.....Umm, sorry, gettin a tad distracted.......as I was saying 😅......I received an email from DSW and in the subject heading was: "You've Been Waiting!" Practicing self-discipline I left the email where it was.........and every time I went back to check my email throughout the week, I saw "You've Been Waiting"! Then in the wee hours of yesterday morning, Abba Father whispered to my heart space: "You've Been Waiting.......But HOW?!" Oh Hallelujah! WOW! OK! I Hear You Lord!
So my Beauties, like many of us, we know what it feels like to *WAIT* on the Lord for something, someone, answered prayer, directions/guidance, His Divine Wisdom/Discernment, a God Word, healing, blessings, provision, etc. But here's the kicker that ties into what the Lord whispered to me....here's what HE's Asking US thru Today's Title....."You've Been Waiting!.......But HOW?!"........Are we Waiting on Abba Father in Peace? Are we Waiting on the Lord in Faith? Are we Waiting Patiently? Are we Waiting Prayerfully? Are we Waiting Expectantly? Are we Waiting in Pure Humility? Are we Waiting with a Positive Attitude? Are we Growing and Learning His Lessons while Waiting? Are we Waiting with our eyes Fixed Like Flint on Him, holding tightly to His Hand? Are we Waiting with God-Fidence and a Holy Boldness? Are we Serving Him by how we Serve Others while we Wait? Are we Genuinely Waiting and not running ahead manipulating the situation? Are we Waiting on His Timing and His Voice? Are we Waiting with a Loving, Grateful Heart for what He's Done and Getting Ready To Do? Are we Waiting Obediently?(Oh Yes & Amen! Speak Holy Spirit!!) So bottom line is......Abba Father is asking Us..........HOW are We Waiting on HIM?
Oh Yeah Loves! That's a doozy of a question. And one that'll take us to a very intimate, honest and personal space with Daddy God to answer with a pure heart. Yes Lord! We HEAR You!! "You've Been Waiting.......But HOW?!"
And Family, what I've learned from being in the *WAITING* room from time-to-time with Abba Father, is that He really REALLY looks at HOW we Wait on Him! He takes our Waiting Posture, How We Wait, extremely seriously. It's a Big Deal to HIM! It's Important to HIM! He LOVES when we Wait in Faith, in Humility, in Trust, in Patience, in a Place of Rest........when we Wait In HIS PRESENCE.....no distractions, just Him and Us! Yeah I Know! I Know!! Not always easy but doable....achievable.......if we allow ourselves to really get Quiet........if we truly turn to Him in Prayer.......if we Worship Him with our whole heart and soul.......if we read our Bibles and feast on His Word and His Promises......we will eventually learn how to *WAIT* Well as we abide and dwell in HIS Loving PRESENCE!
So my Loves, I realize This is a lot to take in........and It's a long way from a DSW email (LOL!)....but It's a Divine Question Abba is Asking Us to REALLY think about...... and It's a question He wants each of us to honestly Answer (smile).
So as I close out our time together today and leave you to pause and ponder "You've Been Waiting.......But HOW?!".......I'm gonna leave you with some Divine Tools to aid you on the journey to your Answer........someScriptures and a Song! Cuz as we All know, Adonai Speaks to Us through His Mighty Word and that In the *Waiting* we are Never Ever Alone! Yahweh is ALWAYSWith Us and In Us In the *Waiting*! 💖🙏
