FORGIVE?! YES! FORGIVE!

Happy Blessed Wednesday Family,

Well Loves, Holy Spirit's been keeping this Word, this *Action* in my heart space for the last few weeks.  It's something We should ALWAYS be doing in our lives but lately it's been riding shotgun with me. And from the Prayer Requests I've been receiving, it's ALSO something a lot of You are Walking Out in Real Time as well.

And just like Today's Mona Girl Blog Title states: FORGIVE?! YES! FORGIVE! We have to be folks who Do Just That! FORGIVENESS is Not just a One and Done Action.  It should be a Way of Life......it should be a Life Style!

As most of You already know....FORGIVENESS is NOT just something We Do/Give to Others, FORGIVENESS is also something We should Do/Give to Ourselves!

Over the last couple years, FORGIVENESS has been Big on Daddy God's To Do List for Mona and He's given me the humility and discernment to see Why sometimes folks Do What They Do.  The majority of the time I've been personally hurt, wounded by other's words/actions, etc. has been because they are lashing out at me for something that is hurting inside their hearts and souls.  The best way to describe it is: "hurt people, hurt people." Easy to Say but harder to Justify and even more difficult to Accept when it's happening to US!

But Loves, if we Step Back, Call on Jesus (Who KNOWS ALL about being Hurt and Wounded), instead of taking off and running down *I'M OFFENDED ROAD*, Our Lord will give us the Compassion and the Humility to see the situation clearly enabling us to Step Forward in FORGIVENESS.  FORGIVENESS of Ourselves and FORGIVENESS of Others!!

And after all Family, if Our Heavenly Father Forgives Us on a 24/7/365 basis for ALL the sinful, petty, just-not-right stuff we do, My Lord, WE as His Children should be Living Out Life the say way. Amen Goes There!!

I know, I KNOW, I hear ya loud and clear!! "But Mona, You don't KNOW what they Said to me." "But Mona, You don't KNOW what they Did to me." "But Mona, You don't Understand, my situation/circumstance is different." Oh Yeah! I hear ALL the "But Mona's" and I say this with Love deep from my Heart.......YOU Must begin to Forgive Them and Yourself if You want to live a Healthy, Happy Life of Love & Peace!  Again, easier said than done but You Know as well as I do......It Must Be Done for Our Own Peace of Mind!

FORGIVE?! YES! FORGIVE! FORGIVENESS of Ourselves and Others!

Loves, please Forgive me if I stepped on any toes or hit too close to home......but as I said up top, Holy Spirit's been on *Repeat* with FORGIVENESS.... and I had to be Obedient and get His Word to You.

As I close out our time together this Wednesday, I leave you with Two Takeaways: 1) A Prayer and 2) Five ("5" biblically meaning Grace) Scriptures on FORGIVENESS for Your Faith Arsenal.


Father God, We come boldly and humbly to Your Throne of Grace, asking for Your Guidance, Your Strength, Your Courage in Us to Forgive Ourselves and to Forgive Others.  We cannot do this without Your Help Lord.  It's too painful and we are angry, embarrassed, hurt and wounded.  Please Forgive Us Lord for what We have done in the past to hurt or wound Others and Please Forgive Us Lord for holding on to what Others have done to hurt or wound Us. Right Now, We Release ALL these unhealthy,  poisonous, toxic feelings of  Unforgivness to You Jesus.  Knowing You are here beside Us helping Us to be Your compassionate and loving Children who choose to Forgive as You have Forgiven Us. We Thank You Heavenly Father that we are NOW stepping into a new Life, Free of Unforgivness, and seeing Ourselves and Others through Your Loving eyes and Caring heart.  In Jesus' Name. Amen. Amen. Amen.


"Be gentle and ready to forgive; never hold grudges.  Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others." (Colossians 3:13, TLB)

"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice.  And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:31-32, NKJV)

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

Happy Blessed Wednesday Family,

No Intro.....Holy Spirit's Getting Right Into *IT* Today...........So Here We Go.........

Family, after experiencing my own version of the "back side of the mountain time with Our Lord" like Moses, I've come to KNOW how Our Daddy God speaks to Me. And Today's Word from Holy Spirit is just that.

One of the Ways (and there are several), Abba Father Speaks to Me is when HE puts something on Repeat...meaning when He brings something back around to my mind space over and over and over again.  Holy Spirit plants something in my Heart and Then, a little bit down the road.....He brings it back on Repeat to Confirm, Encourage and Keep Me On Track!

And He's done just that with the Pic Quote that's the Center-Stage-Focus of Today's Message......

Oh Yes!! Powerful Isn't IT?!  Well, not sure if you can relate (cuz this Message may NOT be for Everyone), but for those of Us who have Prayed that Deep, Personal, Just-Between-Jesus-And-Me kind of Prayer........this Holy Spirit Word is for YOU!!

When You've asked the Lord to do something Special in Your Life; when You've asked the Lord to Use You in a Special Way; when You've asked the Lord to Bless you with a Special Gift or Skill to be used for His Glory; when You've asked the Lord to Lead You down the Road Less Traveled........Oh Yeah! All of these kinds of Prayers when Asked Require some Special PREPARATION Time as Our Lord begins to Answer these Prayers!!

And depending on Exactly What *Special* Something You Asked/Prayed for.........I Know from personal experience........that dictates the Intensity, the Length of Time, the Out Of the Box kind of PREPARATION that's Required in order for Our Lord to Fulfill our Prayer request. And just like Today's Title states....this Special PREPARATION that's Required of Us.........can get us to the point of uttering to someone at some point on our PREPARATION Journey......BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

Whewee!! LOL! Can I Get An Amen?!  It's like You get to the point where You Know what You Prayed for; You're being PREPARED by the Lord to Receive what You Prayed for; but You're going deeper and deeper into the PREPARATION Process and You suddenly get a jolt of reality in your Heart and  Soul of.........Is This Really What I Want?! Can I Truly Do This?! Are You Serious?! Lord, Are You Listening To ME?! All these questions (and s'more that I'm sure YOU have yourself), come into our mind space.

And this is exactly the Time on Our PREPARATION Journey when We *Realize* what is Truly Required to Live, Walk Out Real Time Our Special Prayer Request. This is exactly the Time We *Realize* Our Heavenly Father is Actually Answering Our Special Prayer Request.

"And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him.   And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for." (1 John 5:14-15, NLT)

So Loves, for those of Us who are on this PREPARATION Journey with Our Daddy God, Obediently doing ALL that's Required in order to receive the Answer to Our Special Prayer Request, I encourage You to Keep This Pic Quote in Full View of Your Eye Gates! Print it out, Carry it in your wallet/purse, Copy it to your phone, Tape it to your fridge or bathroom mirror, Make it your computer wall paper, etc. I urge You to Keep It In Focus to Remind You, Ignite You, Motivate You, Push You, Inspire You to NOT GIVE UP and to Never again utter the words......BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24, NIV)

"But it is sure that God has heard.  He has listened to the voice of my prayer. Honor and thanks be to God!  He has not turned away from my prayer or held His loving-kindness from me." (Psalm 66:19-20, NLV)

Family, as I close out our time together this Wednesday, and as You Soak in the Confirming Words of Scripture......Please Rest in the Peace, the Assurance, the Comfort, the Trust and the Faith that You're Just Fine with *ALL* that's Required by Abba Father in order to get You Perfectly & Powerfully PREPARED to Receive Your Special Prayer Request!! All for His Glory!! Thank You Jesus!

For the last few weeks, I've been **Walking Out Real Time** a Scripture that's at the top of the Bible's Greatest Hits List......a Scripture that's on the tip of the tongue of every True Word-Abider/Believer: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV)

TRUST HIM! No matter what our circumstances/situations look like in the natural, no matter what we are growing through, no matter what folks are saying about us. And We are to TRUST HIM WITH ALL THINE HEART! Not just the portion of our heart we parcel off and give to Our Lord because it's comfortable but We are to TRUST HIM WITH OUR ENTIRE HEART! OUR EVERYTHING!

Whewee Family! That's TRULY easier said than done!  Depending on the exact date and time, the foolishness of folks in our lives, the intensity of the Life Stuff that's hovering around (smile), that's a Tall Order from Our Lord!! But Thank God that's Not the end of this If/Then Scripture from Our Heavenly Father!

HE says If We TRUST HIM WITH ALL OUR HEART......Then HE WILL GUIDE US, DIRECT US, LEAD US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!  So If We do our part and do not give into our Will, our Wants, our Shenanigans of trying to fix things on our end (that's called Pride by the way) and Give Him the Glory! Give Him a Shout Out! Acknowledge Him as Our Ride or Die!.....Then He's Got Us!! And Loves, what an Awesome, Loving,  Peace-of-Mind **PROMISE** from Abba Father that gives Us the courage to Hold On.....that gives us the Bold Confidence to KNOW that We KNOW that We KNOW no matter the insurmountable, seemingly impossible task(s) Life throws our way or the "Stuff" that comes across our path, He's Got Us!

Commercial Break: And Family, if We Push Pause and just think about, reflect on ALL the Mighty Saints of God in the Bible who TRUSTED HIM! TRUSTED HIM WITH THEIR ENTIRE HEART!! Oh Yeah, the list is endless........Moses, Queen Esther, Mary (Jesus' Mother Mary), Jacob, Isaac, Joseph, King David, Rahab, Hannah, Ruth, Naomi, Job, Joshua, Caleb, Elijah, Elisha, Noah, Deborah, Elizabeth, Apostle Paul, the TWELVE DISCIPLES, The Woman with the Issue of Blood, The Samaritan Woman at the Well, Jeremiah, Sarah, Abraham, JESUS!!!!!! Whewee!! Google their names and You'll have a lifetime of Encouragement, Inspiration and CONFIRMATION on Why, **WHY** Family We Can, Should and Do TRUST HIM!!! 

Y'all know me and I LOVE to feel Your warm, around-the-globe energy, so Please say with me Right Now what thus saith the Lord because there's POWER in His Word when We speak it Together out loud: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV) Oh Yeah! That's God Stuff! Thank You!! THANK YOU!!

Holy Spirit brought a read across my path earlier today (Thanks Shalawn!) that He's nudging me to drop in right here before we close out our time together.  I hope it gives You even more reason.....encourages You even more to continue to TRUST HIM!

There are benefits, advantages and promises directly correlated to one’s absolute TRUST in God. God loves each and every one of His children and just like a parent or guardian displays love and protection for their child, God abounds even more than that in our lives, because He has the resources, wisdom, knowledge and power to do more than we can ask, think or imagine. We are covered by the LORD regarding all aspects of our lives. Nothing about you is insignificant and as a child of covenant you are covered in God’s: 

Love, Grace, Mercy, Increase, Promotion 
Loving Kindness, Joy, Peace, Gifts 
Protection, Healing, Son-Jesus Christ, Redemption 
Forgiveness, Future, Fulfilled Calling for your life, Care 
Peace, Favor, Timing, Relationship 
Promises, Blessings, Rewards, Plan and so much more! 

The Lord completely covers us when we TRUST him completely and know without a doubt that He is our refuge, strength, promise keeper and protection.  In life it is easy to pick up the futile acts of worry, anxiety, fear and doubt but when we completely trust God no matter what is going on in us and around us worry, fear, anxiety and doubt will be forced to leave because our faith in God is greater than any circumstance. We are truly covered by the LORD. 

God knows who we are, what He has created and what we are equipped to accomplish. God is completely aware of our inabilities and He possesses all ability to cover us in every area of our lives.  When you read God’s word let it sink in as a direct promise to you, because that is exactly what it is. God has covered ALL in your life but we are commanded not to worry, not to fear and TRUST God no matter what it looks like. In the natural it may be tough but spiritually and with God’s grace "You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you." (Philippians 4:13).   

Life is full of challenges, choices, changes and characters but remain encouraged today by Psalm 91 that you are completely covered by the LORD in all things regarding you.  To God be the Glory! - Dr. Kennetra A. Bryant

Nowwwwwwww, let's get into today's Word.  Holy Spirit dropped this Wonderful Word in my heart space earlier this week. It's a Beautiful & Loving story that was shared by my Fave Rabbi, Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein from Holy Land Moments.

Loves, I hope it Hits the Spot for You like it did for me.  Take in EVERY Word and Enjoy!!

There is a story told about a little apple tree in a forest of oak trees. Each night, the little tree looks up at the great big oak trees and sees the magnificent stars shining through their branches. From the vantage point of the apple tree, it appears as though the stars are actually hanging from the branches of the oak trees. The apple tree is amazed and she turns to God and asks for stars on her branches, too. “Be patient," God replies.

Every night the apple tree is amazed at the stars, and every day that passes without stars of her own, she is sure that the stars are simply beyond her reach. “Please, God,” she begs at night. “Please give me stars, too!” And God’s usual reply comes, “Be patient, my little one.”

One night, the little apple tree is particularly distraught. “Will I ever get those stars? Are they within my reach?” Just as she starts to despair and believe that the stars are simply beyond her, God sends a great wind. The wind carries a newly formed apple from the branches of the little tree and it falls just beneath her. When the apple falls, it breaks in half, and lo and behold, there is a “star” within. The stars had been hanging from the branches of the little apple tree all along!

The authors of this charming story took advantage of the fact that when we slice an apple horizontally, indeed, the image of a star can be seen. It serves as a great analogy for what the Bible has been telling us for millennia. The heavens are not beyond us somewhere out there beyond our grasp. Holiness, godliness, and spirituality are all within us already. We just need to reveal it.

When you feel unworthy, defeated, or overwhelmed, remember that you are pure holiness at your core. Nothing is beyond our reach; we need only to uncover the light that already shines within.

 "It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, “Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” Nor is it beyond the sea, so that you have to ask, “Who will cross the sea to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it." (Deuteronomy 30:12–14)
